Do their customers need an app?
No. Tapping the card opens the review page straight in the phone's browser — iPhone and Android, no app, no typing. That is the whole point of the demo.
Where is my order?
Every box ships tracked from the UK and you get the tracking number by email the moment it is on the van. Batch status is always shown at the top of the page — if it says packing now, it means packing now.
Can I rewrite a card for a different client?
Yes — the chips are rewritable, so stock you have not sold yet can be repointed as many times as you like.
Is this legal?
Yes — used honestly. The cards open a business's public review page so real customers can leave real reviews. Faking reviews breaks Google's policies and UK consumer law, and we will say so as loudly as anyone. We are not affiliated with Google LLC.
Do you do refunds?
Your statutory rights apply in full — the returns policy linked in the footer is the plain-English version, and if something arrives wrong or broken we will make it right.
